Data from reading the POA71 Patrol Point and POA72 Patrol Tag is sent by the radio over RF. If the data cannot be sent over RF as the radio is out of range, the last point read and be re-sent over RF by pressing a side key when the radio is back in range. If several points have been scanned out of range, these can be downloaded onto the Patrol Software by physically connecting the PD415 to the computer with the relevant cable.
